Lag B'Omer Parade

Levi marched in the Community Parade. It was so cute. The Goodman family also came in and it was nice to see them. Levi is holding Rivka's hand because she kept wanting to go to the people in the parade.

Rivka is walking

Yippeee good news. Rivka is a walking woman. She is very excited about it and practices all day. Also we are working on potty training Mendel. Today he used the toilet a few times. Yippeee.

Purim Day

We had alot of fun on Purim all dressed up. First we started the day with megilla reading and then we delivered our mashaloch manos. Then we had a nice seudah meal with Auntie Sarah, David and Aunt Liz.

Purim night

Sorry this is late but once Purim ends it becomes a race to clean and prepare for Pesach and I have been really busy. We had a great time Purim. The boys helped me so much pack and make the hamentashen for the shaloch manos. First I had the boys put cute sticker on all the bags. Then they helped stuff them with grape juice, juice boxs, raisins and candy. Since Purim started after shabbos Tatty was with us for megilla reading at shul. After shabbos we rushed into our costumes and rushed to shul to hear megilla and join the party at shul The boys were very good during megilla reading.

School Purim Party

Yesterday Levi's school had a purim party and invited mommy to come. The boys in his class wore costumes with hats. They did their morning davening routine of songs and giving tzedaka for the mommy's. At the end the boys sang a song about the story of Purim with puppets. Levi sang the song about Mordechei. He said that Mordechei said "I only daven to Hashem". He has been singing the song all day. Levi also had fun decorating a cookie and a picture of himself. Levi also made mommy and very nice mashloach manos. It had a megillah with pictures he colored, some candy and chips, fake hamentashem and Purim puppets that he made. Mendel and Rivka also came to the Purim party and they had a great time.

Sunday at the Lewin home

This Sunday Mommy, Levi, Mendel and Rivka visited Cousin Shoshie's house. They played with Rena and Tamema. We also made hamentashen with Shoshie and Rena. They kids had a choice of what filling they wanted for their hamentashen. The choices were apple sauce, grape jelly or chcolate chips. What do you think Levi and Mendel chose? yeah you guessed it...chocolate chips.Mendel had lots of fun with the hamentashen dough and chocolate chips. Somehow he got a bunch of flour on his face.Then they had a yummy lunch made by Rena's mommy Shoshie. The fresh hamentashen was for desert. We also took home a bunch for later. Levi and Mendel had so much fun playing with Rena and Tamema.Rivka also found many fun toys that she doesn't have at home.Here is a cute picture of Shoshie, Rivka snd Tamema.

Excitement Shabbos morning!!!!

This shabbos morning mommy and tatty woke up to find that all the kinderlach in the home slept in thier beds/cribs ALL NIGHT. The most exciting for mommy was that Rivka slept the entire night in her crib when she usually wakes up a few times a night to nurse. Levi is geting ready for Purim at school which also means its his birthday soon. Levi also played at his friend Mussia alot this week. After shabbos Tatty sat on the couch and read to the boys this week's parsha. Mendel fell asleep but ofcourse Levi didn't. This shabbos Levi and Mendel went to shul friday night with tatty. Tatty said that they were very good in shul and davened very nicely.
